xnFEP
- Higher printing speed: nFEP is a specially treated FEP film with a smoother and more sensitive surface. Models printed with nFEP film have a lower viscosity, so the pulling force when printing is lower. This means the success rate is higher.
- Lower replacement frequency: Compared to conventional FEP films, nFEP (PFA) is made of higher quality materials that have higher tensile strength and elongation at break. This leads to easier removal of the individual layers when lifting, as the PFA springs back more, and to a longer lifespan of the PFA film due to a slightly higher tear resistance.
- Better Print Quality: nFEP film with excellent peelability and less deformation during peeling enables better print quality and detail of the printed model. More suitable for large format SLA and LCD 3D printers.
- High light transmittance: nFEP has a light transmittance of more than 95% and can withstand high temperatures of 220°C, which means it works better when printing large models for a long time.
